Audi helps change the world, one fuel source at a time

In a recent blog post we shared our thoughts on Audi's leap to the big screen in such films as 50 Shades of Grey and Avengers: Age of Ultron, and today we're sharing big news of another kind. While they already offer great environmentally friendly vehicles like the Audi e-tron and a line of Audi TDI clean diesel models like the Audi Q7, Audi isn't satisfied yet. Together with a green tech company called Sunfire, Audi has helped create an e-diesel made of carbon dioxide (C02), water and renewable energy like wind and solar energy called "Blue Crude".

This super fuel will revolutionize the world, but Sunfire only has the capacity to produce around 792.5 gallons in the coming months and so plans are in place to expand operations to meet the expected demand. While we wait, you can watch this informational video about Blue Crude, and visit us at Audi Asheville to test drive a new car that could transform your drive into something super.
